Here is my own entry for the Cuddle Up With a Book Challenge (find the challenge here).
To be very honest I can read just about anywhere. I read at home, at school, on the bus stop, in restaurants, on the beach, at the pool. I am quite notorious for being able to read at parties. If a family gathering is boring me, I whip out a book and sit in a comfy chair.
That being said, I do have some favourite places to read. During the day, I prefer to read on the couch, because I have great light there. In the evening and during the night I prefer my bed, because it's so cosy there with a blanket and a book.
I love to eat while I read, so I can keep my hands busy. And I'm just about permanently hungry, that might have something to do with it too. Sometimes when I really need to get through a book but I just don't feel like it, I put on some music that fits the book to get in the mood. It makes me read faster for some reason. *Makes mental note to put on some music to get through all the review copies*
Where do you like to read? I'm looking forward to see all your stories and pictures!

I told you we're too alike! I can't read if I'm not eating at the same time... It's so weird! And by the way... can I just.. MOVE THERE? I flippin' love your flat! And if I'm already there, you can teach me how to read at school/at the pool/during parties. I just can't concentrate if I'm not at home AND alone :(
Haha, man, I wish this was my apartment! This picture is taken at my parent's house, I'm moving back for half a year until I can start again at uni.
I'd love to teach you haha! It's incredibly handy to be able to read in almost every situation (:
Wow! I love your reading places. I'm tempted to come over and start reading! May be then we can nudge each other and get more reading done. ;)
I can read lots of places as well, but I definitely have those favorite spots! And I have to say, I'm totally jealous of yours! LOL. That bed and couch...<3 They look super cozy! :D
And lol, I really can't eat while reading! Music I can do (especially if there's a lot of people around to kill the sound and get an awesome soundtrack), but I fail on reading and eating, haha.
I'm much the same, as I can read just about anywhere as well. Apart from a driving car or bus, but that's why I prefer the train! ;)
Haha I've never thought about taking a book with me to parties...though I could have a sneaky read on my iPhone. I can read just about anywhere (except on buses in London traffic for some reason) but chose to share my all time favourite spot today.
Or... We get into massive discussions about which book is better! But that would be fun too. Maybe we should have a big reading party at my place...
Haha, that's so strange how you can't eat and read at the same time xD The only thing that I can't eat while reading is noodle soup. That mess gets seriously everywhere.
Ugh, I can't stand reading in moving things either! Trains are okay, but I still can't read for long stretches of time. It's nice to be able to read everywhere (:
I take my books almost everywhere *hangs head in shame*. You never know if it might come in handy. Hopping over to your blog now to spy on your favourite spot :D
I love your bed! I'm just like you I read everywhere!

Reading party! Great idea! :)
I'll take my book pretty much everywhere with me. If I am at a gathering of friends and it's quite casual, I might very well start reading my book.
You have some great reading spots. I like to eat or drink while reading as well. Here's my reading spot:

I love your apartment! And that blanket is awesome! Great places to read!!

Love your reading digs..I cannot listen to music when I read, the TV as background doesn't bother me..but music tells a story and i get caught up in it.
Haha, I love your bedspread :)
I can't listen to music while I read. I mean, I can block out almost anything when I'm reading (even my boyfriend doing a horrible, teeth-clenching impression of a Yorkshire accent behind me, as in RIGHT NOW) but if it's music with lyrics I like, I usually get distracted from the book.
